In the staffroom at our local school - some encouraging messages and treats. So many staff say how much they appreciate it, which helps their well-being, as well as those who do this. The smallest act of kindness will boost your well-being just as much as the person you are being kind to ❤️

One of our lovely participants made these gorgeous crocheted Kintsugi bowls. Bowls, cakes and crochet- all wonderful ways to represent discovering the treasure in life's scars ❤️

Abbie made her wonderful Kintsugi cakes again, each one unique, just like our bowls and just like us.

We did a Kintsugi bowl breaking session at the weekend, which was as lovely as ever. This time we were in the church and broke our bowls in the churchyard, before using the gold glue inside this beautiful building. If a tone who came has a picture of the bowl to share, we would love to see it!

We can sometimes feel totally broken. But look at the beautiful gold that can come through in our scars. Let's not hide it, there is always hope.

It's getting darker outside, but even the smallest glimmer of light will spread across the darkness. I encourage you to light a candle today and hope that you will find a glimmer wherever you find yourself in the dark.

Wonderful to have this in the entrance to the church centre and being part of the vision: 'a world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish'. You are not alone.

This beautiful view is just outside my office, but it's like I only just remembered it was there! Sometimes situations can feel all consuming and it can be helpful to remember to look up and around at nature, which doesn't change in relation to how we are feeling. Would love to see your pics of what is around and above you in nature.
