A session is pleasant and relaxing and is utilized for one’s personal wellness. I am currently offering distance and in person Reiki sessions.

A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. At this time I am only offering in person sessions to personal contacts or those referred to me by personal contacts. Once you schedule your session, I will contact you via email to provide additional details and have you complete paperwork and payment. Note that I offer a discounted rate for individuals in the performing arts, or anyone who cannot afford the full cost of a session - no questions asked. Message me for more details. You can't make this up. I have a deck of Angel Oracle cards from Kyle Gray. There are 48 cards in the deck. Of those 48 cards, 12 of them are the Archangels. So 1/4 of the deck is Archangels...the rest offer guidance. I am working through a challenge right now and decided to do a card pull. The way I do it is probably different than how others work. With this particular deck, I rub the cards together and let them fall out. Well, pictured is what all fell out together last night.

In case you can't see these (apparently my lighting was not good), the first one says Spiritual Support. That was on top. Underneath that card were 3 archangel cards. That's what I call a message of Spiritual Support!

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m not for a moment,
expecting this to occur,
for that is not possible,
a year must be all things.

Happiness must come and go,
like the tides and the winds,
just as sadness,
and all the emotions in between.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you,
a baseline of peace,
of gratitude.

Because if you can sit with these things,
for the most part,
happiness will thrive,
when it does arrive,
and sadness will know its place in the mix.

If you can nourish these things,
daily,
you will also grow hope,
for it flourishes in such soil.

And hope is the key,
to this enigmatic state
of ‘happiness’ we seek.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you more happy days,
than sad days,
more joy than misery,
more laughter than tears…
and the wisdom to accept,
that they all belong.
