We are friends who are trying our best to help in the production of face masks for Cebu healthcare workers and other frontliners during this COVID-19 health crisis.
We are making masks from our stocks of textile and donate them to various hospitals and other frontliners who risk their own safety for the good of the public. We have 2-3 shifting sewers and volunteer who help us make the masks . We currently make about 60-100 pcs a day, which are promptly delivered to various Cebu City hospitals/ entities. We intend to keep producing masks for as long as there are materials available.
We are putting up a call for suppliers of 1/4’ or 1/8’ inch garters or those who might have them in stock, for the continued production of the masks. Cebu suppliers have either run out of these items or have closed due to the enhanced community quarantine.
