🗓 ИНГРИДИЕНТЫ

▶️ Филе минтая 350 г
▶️ Чеснок 1 зубчик
▶️ Молотый черный перец 1 чайная ложка
▶️ Соевый соус 1 столовая ложка

1) Чеснок разрезать на кружочки и поджарить.
2) Филе минтая погрузить в форму, полить сверху соевым соусом, покрыть чесноком, посыпать специями
20-25 мин. в пароварке
