Remember, sunscreen is your skin’s best friend! It protects you from UV rays, prevents sunburn, reduces the risk of skin cancer, slows down aging, and keeps your skin healthy.

It’s not recommended to get a massage when you’re sunburnt. Sunburned skin is already sensitive, and a massage could make it worse because of the pressure and friction involved. It’s best to let your skin heal before getting a massage to avoid any discomfort or potential damage. Take care of your skin!

1. Begin by lying on your back and placing one hand below your navel. Close your eyes.

2. Inhale gently through your nose, filling your lower lungs. Feel your abdomen rise about an inch as your diaphragm moves down. Your chest will also expand along with your belly.

3. Exhale, letting your abdomen return to its initial position.

4. Continue breathing through your nose, keeping your mouth closed, while observing the rise and fall of your belly and chest for a few minutes or until the discomfort diminishes.

I am thrilled to share with you all that I will be taking a leap of faith and transitioning from my current position at the spa to launch my very own massage business Prosperity Massage Therapy LLC 🌿💆‍♀️

The time I have spent at the spa has been invaluable, filled with growth and wonderful experiences. I am deeply grateful for the support and friendships I’ve made along the way.

Starting my own business in my hometown is so fulfilling. I am excited about this new chapter and the opportunity to continue serving clients from all over the Mid-Michigan area.
