Could you imagine what this world would be like if everyone has practiced self love?
Or what about your town where you live at? Can you imagine how compassionate and caring That would be? All because of practicing self-love. I'm ready!
Valentine's Day is a good day to start to practice or at least 1 day to be mindful of all Types of love.
What is soft love? And how does it apply to singles and couples?
We'll start with self love?
Self-love can be defined in different ways. What I am talking about is what is it that you love to do?
Do you love going to a spa and getting massages? Or do you love tending to your garden and getting into your zone? Maybe you love to take 10 minutes. Silence breaks away from everyone?
Like I said, self love can be to find in many ways. It's doing something that we love. giving us moments of our inner peace can be joy or comfort are just to breathe.
Whatever yourself love is. Make time today and every day even on Valentine's Day. 5 minutes or more to practice or do yourself love.
Self-love is done in many ways! It's not limited to only practice what it is to love about yourself to boost yourself esteem. of course, that's needed to! But so is doing what you love?
So how does self-love apply to singles?
Oh don't worry, have it applies to couples we'll be next LOL. I am not leaving y'all hanging!
First singles practicing self love by doing what you love to do and working on ways to love yourself more not only makes you radiate and glow more shining! You're beam of light to attract a partner for you.
It also helps you being mindful of how important you really are!

Example for self, love quality. Your great at noticing when you need to recharge. But you don't take the time to do that for yourself.
Love quality, you're great at noticing your partner's needs. But your least is your lack of listening to your own.
How to improve the least with more self Love questions to answer for yourself.

You can try to create something. Maybe fun like create your own spinner and pointer. ask your partner to help create the answers with you. so you both feel that it's fair and balanced in. so both needs our meet.

I know. Why add in the least with these questions? It's important to work on both to maintain balance. and see both sides perspectives.

So we're not focusing on one perspective that it is both to help reach for entertain a more balanced perspective and to act on as such.

In the example as when you meet a new friend at the spa. And y'all went to go eat at a new restaurant together. That this was such a memorable experience. Meeting the new friend and restaurant. The spa and restaurant was yourself Love treatment.

You might want forgotten? Don't push yourself unless you absolutely know that you are ready!
Example.
Is it's one of those days where nothing seems to go right. So you think ok let's do something self-loving to help me not think for a bit. You are able to get a massage.
After leaving you go get you a treat at your favor ice cream shop. When all of the sudden, the partner that you just got with you see this person hugging and kissing someone.
During this moment you're creating a energy stored trigger. Now ice cream is not your favorite and is part of your
Trigger.
A reminder just like in the movies. It's the same thing that visual causes a reminder of that trigger.
Sinse the triggers are identified in the example of the ice cream and movies scene.

☆How can you beg begin to work on them?
What method will you choose to release and remove and cleanse and purify that triggered energy into a transformed transmuted one?

Example
☆ Your partner noticed one day that you have recently worked yourself to the bone by working two jobs to make ends meet.
Since your partner got injured at work your partner is at home recovering. And is almost fully recovered.
So it's been sometime now that you've had to work two jobs. And your partner knows you're wore out and burnt out and more!
Your partner has ran you bathwater with some rose petals in it. And has your meditation room ready for you.

In most cases it is a dream. Come true LOL!
However, we should be realistic to and understand if something like this is to happen to your partner might be depressed themselves.
But depending on your beliefs, this can be a reality if mentally choosing certain beliefs like this.
☆To recap the self Love love example.
You realize that your partner was pushing beyond depression to help ease your discomforts. A little by showing they love you! And that you're important to them.
So that you had a little alone time to relax in the Bath and meditate which a self-love.

Your Rushing back home from shopping at the grocery store in a hurry to unload the groceries to make your crystal healing session.
In hopes that your partner will help you out so that you can make it on time.
You get home to find your partner watching TV laid back in the recliner. And you realize the task that you had asked your partner to do hasn't been done.
This task was to help you make sure that you are able to create for the next day something for a baby shower.
So now you realize you're late for your crystal healing session. But have to cancel it now because your partner didn't do a task that you had to have done so everything stayed on schedule.
To recap
you pretty much get the idea. that the day wasn't going well. sometimes it's like that for a reason. like maybe next year's Valentine's Day. Your rewarded. Are that there is some valuable lesson learned. It could even be paranormal related.
The funny thing about life is that as we were once taught is to be happy. 24/7. And if you and the family wasn't happy, then something's wrong.
Then here comes the blame game. And who is it at fault!
Well in reality, there are ups and Downs. And everything in between and on the outer, etc. LOL!
So the quicker we learn and have experiences. The more we discover and accept or ways of how we will handle things. And understand that pain and sorrow even anger and more all has meaning and to not allow our emotions to get to us.
