My name is Megan Deely and I am a holistic health practitioner with a focus in herbal medicines and Polarity Therapy. These are integrative mind-body health practices that are a subset of functional medicine. I empower my clients to make meaningful lifestyle changes and get to the ROOT cause of dis-ease by working with them through energetic body work, a health building diet* (maybe the most impor

tant part!), exercises, stress management, breathing techniques, and herbal remedies. I practice within a framework of planetary herbalism, meaning I integrate Eastern and Western philosophies, combining the ancient wisdom of both Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western herbs as well. It is my belief that it is best not to stick to a single system of medicine, when you can pull the best from all of them for a truly integrative and holistic approach. The services I offer are herbal consultations, and energetic body work including Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, and sound healing techniques.
