There’s still time to do a little meal prepping for the week ⏰🥗

My favorite go-to is to prep some salads for lunch. It’s pretty easy to add different proteins and avocado in the morning as I’m running out the door.

Some other favorite meal prep strategies:

✅ instant pot steel cut oatmeal
✅ chia seed pudding
✅ roasted veggies like sweet potatoes to add to bowls and salads
✅ a large pot of soup
✅ defrosting frozen fish
✅ chopping up some veggies to eat w hummus or nut butters

The shift in schedule with kids going back to school is a great time to implement new strategies.
