I am a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. In addition to selling real estate, I have experience with purchasing, consumer behavior, market research and negotiation. My certifications in hypnosis and motivational coaching are also extremely helpful in assisting sellers and buyers navigate and negotiate in this fast-paced real estate market! Originally from Minnesota,

our family relocated to gorgeous Naples, FL in January 2020. After a ton of research, my husband, three kids, our rescue dog Piper and I settled in the North Naples area. We love the centralized location, A+ schools and the community we have found. It's such an amazing area to live for families! We have kids in elementary school, middle school, high school and even college through dual enrollment so I know a ton about the myriad of educational options, both private and public, in Collier and Lee Counties which can be particularly helpful when working with families that are relocating from another city or state. My personal real estate transactions in Naples include renovating and flipping a luxury estate home for $2.2 million, renting a seasonal condo and a townhome, and building a custom home. These varied experiences help me to educate my customers on all of the real estate possibilities in SWFL and help them find the best fit for them. My approach to real estate combines decades of sales and marketing experience with listening skills and persuasive communication. I am passionate about sharing my marketing and communication knowledge with motivated real estate sellers and buyers in North Naples, FL and the entire SWFL community.
