Update regarding Bayanihan Cebu swabbing Center:

We will now accept anyone who wants to be tested. For safety ( social distancing) we encourage appointments via the phone numbers previously given. We will accept walk-ins on a limited basis.
When you set an appointment, the following details should be ready:
1. Complete name
2. Address- please include Barangay
3. Results will either be
a. Pick up at the center
b. Email address

There will be a parallel release of positive results to the Barangay where you reside.

Please spread the word. Completely FREE!

Good day, everyone!

We would like to inform you that the Bayanihan Cebu-DOH Swabbing Center will officially open today, July 13, 2020.

This is a 12 booth facility where DOH med techs will be doing the swabbing and all specimens will be processed by the DOH. Swabbing is free. The facility is open Mon-Sat, 8-12, 1-5. Bayanihan Cebu has set up a help desk to facilitating setting up an appointment for groups/individuals the numbers of which I shall send. These numbers shall be active starting tomorrow. It is preferred that appointments be set but walk ins are accepted as well. While the priority set by DOH has been the frontliners and at risk/vulnerable population, the DOH has now opened the swabbing to even those not belonging to Subgroups B-F per their guidelines, but limited to those who are asymptomatic or with mild symptoms.

Please help us disseminate the availability of this facility as this is aligned with the national government’s thrust to ‘Test, Trace and Treat’

Dear Patients and their Parents,

In our effort to keep all of you safe during these dangerous times, and, in response to the requests of many of you, the staff of this clinic have decided to open time slots for virtual consultations of General Pediatric and Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism cases.

The slots mentioned are:

Tuesdays 1-5PM
Wednesdays 1-5PM
and Thursdays 1-5 PM

For scheduled bookings, please click on the “BOOK NOW” button of this page. You will be asked to enter your preferred date and time.

E-Prescriptions and/ or E-Lab Request forms will be provided after the consult.

Beloved Patients and Parents,

In as much as we would like to resume regular clinic schedules, our utmost concern and priority is the well-being of everybody. Should you have any pediatric and/ or pediatric endocrine concern, please do come visit us at our humble clinic, with the following implemented NEW guidelines:

1. Our new operating schedule for now is: Mondays AND Fridays at 1-4 PM. We can ONLY accomodate a maximum of 5-6 patients per clinic day.

2. Please Schedule an appointment with our secretary, Ms Marissa via the following phone numbers: +63 943 093 5117 or +63 956 076 9657. Scheduling will be on a first come, first
served basis, EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCIES.

3. Please respectfully ask for a confirmation text response with your scheduled DATE and TIME. Once received, please do NOT DELETE. This will serve as your gate pass at the triage area of the Medical Arts Building.

4. Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled consultation. You may opt to wait inside ur vehicles, should you have one, until it is your schedule to be seen. Our secretary will call you.

5. We courteously observe a NO MASK, NO ENTRY policy in the clinic ( EXCEPT for patients aged 2 years and below).

6. REGRETFULLY, We DO NOT allow walk-in patients. Our Sincerest Apologies.

7. We DO NOT accept patients and/ or parents/ relatives with cough, colds, fever or sore throat. We sincerely advice you to please go directly to the Emergency Department.

8. Please do PROPER HAND HYGIENE upon entering the clinic.

9. ONLY ONE (1) PARENT and/ or caretaker is allowed inside the doctor's room. I may explain to the other parent via phone call/ messaging, should any further explaination be necessitated.

10. Temperature check will be done prior entering the clinic AND prior entering the doctors office.

11. We respectfully request that patients at the waiting area maintain social distancing of at least 3 to 6 feet.

12. Please observe proper cough/sneeze etiquette.

13. We urge everyone who visited us at the clinic to take a bath and clean everything they brought with them thoroughly immediately, upon arriving at home.

14. Lastly, we thank you for your continued support, understanding and patience. All these efforts are undertaken to ensure our safety and well-being.
