I truly believe from many examples I have witnessed through life if you don't take care of yourself, you cannot be expected to be OK to take care of others ...

So before burning yourself out, try and do something for yourself that you love or brings you happiness and Joy 😊

This is so true, I think in January especially, in the middle of winter we must remember to rest and recharge, having Reiki treatments is a fantastic way of of doing this , like giving yourself and new full battery
