Post Butoh feast. Just starting. 98% plant based....bone broth in the quinoa. I love Fall. Next is corn, dal, turmeric flaxmilk, matcha, smoked salmon, figs. I love food in the Fall more than any other season. Lots of leftovers from the weekend cooking with Vangeline, Liz, and Maybel. Magic in the kitchen with these women. So grateful so blessed. Thank you Earth! 🙏🏽🌎

Before the show with Liz and Vangeline. What a time in life! I've known these beautiful ladies for 20+ years. Liz and I started in Boston and then collaborated in San Francisco for 5 years. Vangeline is our teacher and friend for many years...2009-ish and here we are in Storrs, CT of all places. So grateful. And what an amazing performance. We are blessed and fortunate to have Vangeline here, igniting us from within. Starseed work going on and at a place named Manifest Station...there are no coincidences. Here we are...manifesting!

Moments at the Free Open House for Butoh Event yesterday with one of my favorites, Greg, who is also a super supporter of bringing Butoh to the people! I read from Vangeline's amazing book and presented 3 incredible videos all showcasing beautiful butoh artists who I am humbled and proud to call friends. Hope to see some more Mansfield residents indulging in the arts at Vangeline Butoh Theatre Workshop & Performance “Butoh, Sensuality, and the Nervous System “ at Manifest Station Arts & Wellness Center . I know the football games kick off at UCONN this weekend so maybe when its not game time, head over here! ❤🙏🏽
