Our participants are gearing up for the weekend retreat — some heading to the stunning Byron Bay for the in-person experience, and others joining online from the comfort of home.

This is where it all comes together. đŸ’Ș Over the past 6 weeks, they’ve built strength, improved fitness, and strengthened their mindset. Now it’s time to test it all, push limits, and celebrate just how far they’ve come.

Last night, we took time to celebrate wins. 🎉

Reflection is a huge part of our Win the Day philosophy—the mindset component of the Level Up Transformation Program. We looked back at how far participants have come, celebrated small and big achievements, and started to think about what comes next.

This program isn’t about quick fixes or fad challenges. It’s about long-term transformation. By reflecting on wins, participants not only build a strong mindset foundation, but also start planning how to embed new habits permanently.

What fits into your life? What works for you? What will you continue after the program ends? These are the questions that set our participants up for lasting change, not just six weeks of effort.

The Level Up crew has now dropped over 64kg as a group, with an impressive average loss of 6.42% — and the momentum is still building.

A special shout-out to Leanne, who has now entered the 5–10% zone at 5.8%. That makes 9 people already in this milestone range, with others getting very close!

Last night, in our weekly Level Up session, we explored the power of a morning routine. Why do mornings matter so much? What makes a good morning routine? And is there a “one size fits all” approach?

Our participants dived deep into routines that set them up for success or quietly hold them back. We shared practical strategies anyone can try, making it easy to adapt for different lifestyles.

This is where the holistic nature of the program really shines. With dedicated time to focus on topics like this, our participants are building real, sustainable habits—from mindset to nutrition, sleep, exercise, and beyond.

Four weeks in and the Level Up momentum is unstoppable! 🚀

Group highlights this week:

✅ 12kg lost as a group, taking total program weight loss to over 57kg
✅ Average transformation: 5.67%
✅ 8 participants now proudly in the 5–10% weight loss zone — with more just about to join them

But the wins go beyond the numbers. Some of the amazing progress we’re celebrating:

✅ Saying no to sugar in coffee and reducing alcohol
✅ Making better food choices when out and sticking to the plan while traveling

Just a couple of weeks in
 and the momentum is UNREAL. 🚀

We’ve officially passed 45kg lost as a group, with an average body transformation of 4.49% — and several participants now entering the powerful 5–10% weight loss range.

But what we’re most proud of? The attitude shifts. The small daily wins. The “I can’t believe I just did that” moments.
