I would like to welcome Jeanne to my practice!!

A little bit about Jeanne
My passion to heal others began around 2015 when I was introduced to yoga, I was hooked! Naturally without much effort on my part I found that I was changing, purely from movement and breath. Then it was clear I wanted to teach. - After some years with the encouragement of a great friend and mentor, I went on to pursue massage therapy, became licensed under Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, and Thai bodywork certified through Surya Thai Massage. I fully believe in what I do, and more than ever desire to show others the healing power of nervous system regulation, pain management, and energy release through somatic modalities. - I love to offer a listening ear and personalized approach, integrating myofascial techniques, Swedish, PNF stretching, deep tissue, cupping, and Thai bodywork for a complete body, mind, and spirit experience.”
