The Zen Den Story
Good Morning all! The sun is shining on this fabulous Sunday afternoon, hubby has taken the children swimming so i am having a rare moment of peace and quiet! Bliss right!
So i guess we start with how i became interested in alternative therapy. Whilst on maternity leave with my daughter i found myself craving something for me, something that i could develop into my own, something that gave me a purpose as Kim, not as Mummy or Wife. I am passionate about helping people and whilst western medicine is phenomenal, i do believe that healing is other ways is equally beneficial.
My passion was sparked when i undertook Reflexology to help prepare my body for pregnancy once we began trying for my daughter. What i very quickly discovered is that the feet are a map to the entire body and the information this practitioner found out from my feet was truly amazing. The spark was born!
Since that point onward i have had a huge passion for this field and its many health and mental well being benefits.
