Do you think your thoughts or do they just appear in consciousness?
Many agree that meditation helps to calm your mind.
And, it is so much more!
I think of it as an exploration. One that you will never know what you will find and it won't be all peace and calm. Amidst the turmoil, you might find out who you really are.

Anxiety can have a significant impact on our confidence. When we feel anxious, our thoughts and emotions can become clouded by fear and self doubt, making it difficult to feel confident in ourselves and our abilities.

Anxiety can cause us to questions our decisions, doubt our capabilites, and worry about what others think about us. These negative thoughts and feelings can chip away at our self-esteem and leave us feeling uncertain and insecure.

When we feel confident we are more likely to take risks, pursue our passions, and achieve our goals. Confidence allows us to believe in ourselves and our abilities, which can be a powerful motivator.

So, anxiety can make it difficult to feel confident, while confidence can help us manage our anxiety and overcome our fears.

By learning to manage our anxiety and build our confidence, we can unlock our full potential and achieve the things we truly desire.

Breathwork is a technique that involves deliberate, focused breathing exercises to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Breathwork has been found to be effective in reducing anxiety because it can help regulate the body's autonomic nervous system, which controls unconscious processes like breathing, heart rate, and digestion.

When you experience anxiety, your body goes into a "fight or flight" response, which can cause you to breathe more quickly and shallowly. This can lead to feelings of panic and further exacerbate anxiety symptoms.

Breathwork helps to counteract this response by slowing down and deepening your breathing, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for the "rest and digest" response. This can help you feel more calm and relaxed, reducing the intensity of anxiety symptoms.

Additionally, breathwork can increase oxygen levels in the body, which can help to reduce stress and tension in the muscles. This can help you feel more relaxed and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress.

Breathwork can also be used as a mindfulness technique, helping you to stay present and focused on the present moment rather than worrying about the future or ruminating on the past, which can exacerbate anxiety symptoms.

Overall, breathwork is a simple yet effective tool for reducing anxiety by regulating the body's autonomic nervous system and increasing relaxation and mindfulness.
