The Fit Happy Healthy Life Sharing my passion for health, fitness and a life of balance In my early days before starting a hi-tech career and family, I competed in fitness shows.

I modeled fitness apparel, appeared in T.V. commercials, print ads and was the spokesperson for a number of fitness equipment companies. This started my lifelong passion for health and fitness, coupled with the desire to learn more. Now, as a coach and wellness advocate, I help others with their goals. This page is a place where I share products, workouts, and things that have worked for me, my clients, friends and family over the years. Every person is unique and wonderfully made, so what may work for one person, may not for another.
