✨It has been more than 2 year’s i have being working out ON&OFF... but still i don’t try heavy lifting because I always believe that what ever body part i am training i try to do it in perfect form and make mind muscle connection with the part i am training.
✨ I am telling you this because many people out there try to lift heavy but their form is incorrect and they are not focusing on the muscle they are just lifting that will no doubt pump there body but they will not grow.
✨Don’t feel shame to lift light just focus on the body part you are training weather you are lifting empty rod.

💢WHAT IS INSULIN RESISTANCE?
🔸When are insulin hormone doesn’t work properly. This happens when we spike your insulin again and again. If our I.H. will not work than nutrients & energy we get from food will not reach to our muscles and other organs.
That’s why those who are diabetic takes insulin externally through injection because they can’t produce this hormone in their body.

💢Our body stores limited grams of glycogen.
Liver can only store 80-100 g.
Muscles can store 400-500g because they are big and more less depends on individual muscle mass.
💢Now if we do fasting for 12-16 hours our liver glycogen will get depleted but we need energy to work so our body starts taking energy from the stored fat and fat burn zone will get started. SEE AGAIN WHY FASTING IS SO IMPORTANT.
💢INSULIN RESISTANCE occurs because we eat food after every 2-3 hours, we think it will be digested easily here we our wrong. As i told you earlier as many time you will eat you will spike insulin.
💢So if your trainer says to eat 6-7 meals a day it is wrong. Instead of that eat 2 or 3 meals try to finish your macros and you will see the results.

💢 Now i will explain SCIENTIFIC REASON behind it.
🔸 Everybody talks about TESTOSTERONE HORMONE ok it is important hormone when we talk about bodybuilding. Nobody talks about INSULIN HORMONE which is more important.
💢NOW WHAT IS INSULIN ?
🔸Insulin is a peptide hormone. It is produced by BETA CELLS of the pancreatic islets.
🔸 You know it is also known as main ANABOLIC HORMONE of the body.
💢What is the role of INSULIN in our body?
🔸I will tell you from beginning-
🔺We eat food especially carbohydrates(like breads, chapati, rice all simple sugars) after eating the food it goes inside our stomach, obviously the food will break down because as we know carbs break into glycogen (glucose) or you can say in sugar, then the glucose travels in our blood vessels and reaches different parts of our body. Then what happens is that our organ pancreas releases hormone known as INSULIN.
💢The main work of insulin is to open the DOOR for LIVER, MUSCLES AND FAT TISSUES, so that the nutrients and energy we get after eating food reaches to our organs BASICALLY INSULIN WORKS AS A KEY.
💢Therefore every-time we eat something we spike insulin in our body. Eating 5-6 times a day and spiking insulin 6 times a day can make you insulin resistant.

💢 NOW WHAT EXACTLY IS INTERMITTENT FASTING?

👉🏻 Intermittent Fasting is a way of eating which has recently become extremely popular.
🔸 THIS DIET IS CHARACTERISED BY SET PERIODS OF FASTING FOLLOWED BY SPECIFIED EATING PERIODS. Fasting mainly involves an alternating cycle of eating and fasting to boost metabolic health.
💢 WHY FASTING BECAME SO POPULAR?

👉🏻We all always wonder what should we eat to keep ourselves healthy. Today everybody is focusing on healthy nutrition but they actually don’t know weather they are eating healthy or not.
