Today we’ve had the honour of recognising five of our incredible Care Professionals who have gone above and beyond in supporting a client and their family during end of life care.

The client’s family have said they “can’t thank the care team enough” as they have all been wonderful, and wished to give “a million thanks” for the comfort and dignity provided during such a meaningful time.

As a small token of our appreciation, Liu, Helen, Lucy, Jane and Mahmoona have each been presented with an Appreciation Award and a box of chocolates. Thank you team 💝
