As we close 2020 out tonight, I wanted to share 4 tips to help you reach your health and fitness goals for 2021 that I think are vital for success!

Remember to make your goals attainable especially short term goals, get adequate rest, eat a well balanced diet (but still enjoy your favorites 80/20 rule), change up your workout routine so you don’t become bored, surround yourself with those who are supportive of your goals & who may even want to join you, and most importantly remember your selfcare!! I think selfcare is SO important in reaching your health and fitness goals!

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone who follows reach their goals in 2021! 🥂 leggo!

I wanted to share ways to boost your immune system as we are in cold/flu season AND we still are in a pandemic with COVID-19. To each it’s own regarding flu shots and/or the covid vaccine but as you can see exercise, diet, elderberry are all on here as well as drinking plenty of water. You can naturally build your immune system to protect yourself during these tough times!

Happy Friday !

Friday tip: remember everyone’s definition of fitness is different and how it pertains to them. So, do not compare yourself to others & their journeys. Yours will be different & you decide what’s “fitness” to you.

Also, you can seek advice from others but remember everyone will tell you something different about nutrition, exercises, forms, and etc. My best advice is to listen but choose YOUR own path!
