Check out my most recent IGTV for Mindful Monday. This video shows a Grounding Exercise called Mindful Senses. As a therapist I would use grounding very often and I personally use this regularly. Grounding helps us come into the present moment, and helps with unwanted memories and negative or challenging emotions. This can be done with children of a wide age range and adults!
