✨ 3 Mins & 33 Seconds on 3.3, The Blood Moon 🌕 We started this year in Ceremony.

I spent 10 days in Puerto Morelos & Chemuyil. At this spiritual retreat, we did daily Ashtanga Yoga & journeyed w the plant medicines of Kambo, Bufo & Abuela Ayahuasca, my first time for all. Abuela told me, Look how much healing you did before you came to meet me, sweet girl. My ancestors lifted & held me, reiterating they chose me as the cycle breaker for a reason, that they trust me, to stop second guessing. I was brought into the pure rainbow light of Divinity.

I surrendered to the wisdom of the week, to all the medicines. Being in a place of trust and faith, walls crumbled within me. I’ve spent so much of my life fighting cultural appropriation, this was one of the first times I could truly respect cultural appreciation. What it looks like for people to have deep respect for the languages & medicines of other places, to embody the respect of that ancestral knowledge. I am so grateful for that opening; in seeing that all our ancestors , including the plants, are connected, are One.

Thank you to our beautiful teacher Coco, for hosting & teaching us with grace & respect to the 8 limbs of yoga. Thank you to our powerful Curandera, Pamela, for guiding us through each medicine with such deep reverence & knowledge (Abuela’s favorite). Thank you to the whole team at One Breath, Alex, Norah, Millie, Foko, Max, Gio, Ale, for your angelic music, kindness & support. Thank you to my incredible crew, Hanzy, Jessi, Parker, Annick, Dani, Mark, Dee, Ed, Sylvie, started as strangers & became fast homies, doing the work w each other, mirroring lessons, encouraging each others journeys w laughter & love.

Thank you to Quintana Roo, a most magickal place & portal, to the sacred Cenotes, to the land that holds the Ashram, the land of the Maya. & Thank you to me, for making this happen. It doesn’t matter that it took ten years. All that matters is that it happened. And that my path from despair led me to foundational healing, from a place of unconditional Love. Blessed be 🌈💕✨

✨🦋 10.19 Sunday Love last event of the season at Flash! 10.19 is when my Sweet Papa passed away three years ago. The last two years on this day, I wasn’t functional, deep in my grief & couldn’t imagine sparking joy. But this year, I talked to my Dad in meditation & he told me to celebrate 🎊 So I celebrated him, I celebrated me, I celebrated life! I wore his amazing tribute shirt from my bb & carried his joy with me all day. Met some amazing new vendors & soul clients & had a blast all day. The situation in Gaza is heart-wrenching and untenable. As much as we’d like to help in a myriad of ways, what Gazans need the most right now (beyond peace and the right to self-determination) is money.

I’ve been running the Art Prints for Gaza drive all year, with proceeds going to With the situation becoming more desperate with hunger & malnutrition, I’ve increased the price to be able to donate 75% of all proceeds (instead of 25%)

There are two versions of the Chakra Devi art print, made from a hand-drawn piece I made in recent years. Currently, there are only 8 left, 4 of each background (OG and Rainbow). Happy Juneteenth & Happy Pride ✊🏾🌈
Today, we celebrate our Black family, and their ancestors who remained steadfast against state terrorism, human trafficking, tyranny & subjugation to stand in their freedom. Freedom isnt given, it is inherent in each human. For a culture to survive against forced oppression for generations (after building the whole country no less) is nothing short of remarkable. AAPI owe our own place in American society & our civil rights to Black activists. This month we also celebrate Pride, and the full expression of our LGBTQIA+ family. Only a few decades ago, an open celebration of Q***r expression would’ve been unthinkable, & it is so beautiful to see today.

Our liberation is tied together. Naomi’s Naturals stands for human rights, collective liberation, uplifting community and celebrating the magick of each beautiful Soul. NN exclusively uses CBD, a Black, Latina, Woman & Q***r owned brand. This is one way I try to show up for our collective. Oppression has had its time, and now we are in reclamation. Today, may we take a moment to appreciate our freedom & peace, & send these blessings to so many others who are fighting for these basic human rights. These are art prints of an original drawing I did a few years ago. 25% of proceeds from this fundraiser go to The Olive Branch Project, providing goods on the ground in Gaza. Donations will be given each time we raise $25+ & the fundraiser is ongoing all year 💕💛
