We fired up the grill, enjoyed a delicious cookout, and spent the day making memories together. Fun was in full swing thanks to DJ T-Lish keeping the beats going and our amazing MC, Dave Temple, bringing the hype. 🎶🎤

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, cheered, and helped set up—you made the day unforgettable! 💙
From three-legged races to knockout, water relays, beach ball relays, potato sack relays, water balloon tosses, tug-of-war, and even musical chairs… the competition was fierce, but the laughter was louder. 🏆🙌

The "Modified Y" - Dual Antegrade Intra-articular construct

A familiar construct for significantly comminuted, subchondral phalanx fractures.

Here's a tip to consider: The NX Nail achieves stability with the compaction taper head and leading tip. There is no need to achieve fixation within the isthmus. If presented with a line-to-line fit or 'beyond', consider downsizing to avoid stuffing the isthmus.

Since July 24, 1989, Mark has been an integral part of our manufacturing team as a Machinist, bringing dedication, skill, and hard work every day with both Lakeland Technologies, NSI, and Medartis. 🩺 “It’s been four months—how do you navigate treatment for a lingering distal radius malunion?

A high school water polo coach fell onto his dominant wrist, only to discover a symptomatic distal radius malunion 4 months later. Dr. Jonathan Tueting performed a corrective osteotomy using the Medartis Adaptive II Volar Distal Radius Locking Plate with TriLock subchondral support screws to restore radial height, inclination, and volar tilt. Four-month follow-up radiographs showed complete bony union.

According to the case study, the patient had an excellent functional result with complete restoration of distal radius anatomy, range of motion, strength, and weight-bearing.
