Don't take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. It is not known if it is safe to take more than 18 doses of Nurtec ODT in 30 days. Nurtec ODT is for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. Select Safety Information: Do not take if allergic to Nurtec ODT. Allergic reactions can occur, even days after using. Allergic reactions can include trouble breathing and rash. Get medical help right away if you experience trouble breathing or swelling of the face, mouth, tongue or throat. High blood pressure and a circulation problem called Raynaud’s phenomenon can worsen or occur after taking Nurtec ODT. Contact your healthcare provider if you have an increase in blood pressure or your fingers or toes feel numb, cool, or painful, or change color from pale, to blue, to red.
