New Yoga Programme Commencing In May

We're delighted to announce that Sinead will be running a 6 week Yoga programme commencing on 7th May. There was very positive feedback for her recent set of classes and we're looking forward to hosting this upcoming programme.

Sinead’s Yoga Classes Gaining Momentum

Everybody is enjoying Sineads Tuesday evening yoga classes from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

We have still 2 free spaces available.

If you would like to take an hour out of your very busy schedule and relax and get grounded, why not come along to Sineads yoga class.

Yoga Classes Commencing 7.30pm - Tuesday 30th January

We are delighted that Sinead McNamee is hosting a weekly evening yoga class at our Centre from 7.30pm to 8.30pm commencing this Tuesday 30th January 2024 and every Tuesday evening thereafter.

There will be a small charge of £3.50 per class ongoing. However for your initial class this Tuesday there will be no charge!

Sinead is an excellent yoga teacher so if you fancy taking an hour out of your busy life to nurture yourself it will be great to have you along this Tuesday evening at 7.30pm.

Found Alan Joins Sinead's Yoga Class

Everybody really enjoyed Sinead's first yoga class which commenced last Tuesday evening.

Our founder Alan also signed up to the class and participated. He comments:
“What a very enjoyable experience. I had a really stressful day, but participating in the yoga class helped me to relax and clear my head.”

Those who participated all shared how much the enjoyed the class. Some had never done yoga before.

We still have 5 places available on a Tuesday evening if you would like to pamper and nurture yourself.

There is a subsidised fee of £3.50 for each class payable on the night.
