We're all bogged down with our daily routines but sparing time for Good Winding down time and Sleeping Peacefully is a Must........ 😴🛏️💤
1- Ask about the day
2-Encourage the child (I am so proud of you, I am lucky to have you)
3-Highlight 2-3 good things in that day
4-Subtly use this time to discipline
5-Practice gratitude
6-End with prayer
