I was charge $445 without my consent and have been unsuccessfully trying to get a refund with the help of my insurance provider. After being promised a refund in 45 days, I since told ADAPT HEALTH TO NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN and they continue to send me invoices of supplies that I never received. I do not want them. I get them somewhere else and they keep trying to charge me. 8 months and STILL trying to get this company to leave me alone. We need to get them to see what they are doing to people.

After being personally victimized by Adapt Health, I have been working on a resolution for over 8 months to no resolution. I continue to receive the run around, the rude customer service and they continue to bill me after I have requested multiple times for them to stop. I do not get my supplies from them anymore. They owe me a refund and continue to try to charge me. They are a fraud. I am creating this to compile our stories and try to get some justification for all of the time, money and mental stress this has caused. I know I am not alone. There is no place right now that we can all share the experience and join together to get this resolved so I am hoping that if we get enough people together and I send written complaint that they will address this problem.
