Happy Summer Solstice - one day late, but better late than never right ☺️

Look at this solo wild rose I saw on my walk yesterday 🤩 how cute.

The first half of this year has run by quickly, and I’ve been busy with muggle work in the city, but now I’m finally able to chill a bit - will be spending the summer months in the countryside near the sea.

Happy full moon dear ones! Today’s full moon is often called a flower moon 🌸 - for all the spring flowers that are in bloom this month.

To honour this I created a set of journaling prompts for you - for your full moon rituals or for when you have a minute for yourself:

* What feels ready to bloom in my life right now?

* Where am I being invited to soften and open, like a flower unfolding in sunlight?

* What old patterns, beliefs, or habits am I ready to release under this full moon?

* In what areas of my life have I grown the most since the last full moon?

* What beauty is already present within and around me that I may be overlooking?

* What intentions do I want to plant now to support my continued blossoming?

* How can I honour the natural cycles of rest, growth, and bloom in my everyday life?

A note on Easter Day:

She is risen ✨

Easter is a sacred threshold. A turning of the wheel that calls us not only to remember resurrection - but to embody it.

We speak often of rebirth as a concept, but how often do we truly allow ourselves to rise? To shed the layers of who we’ve been, and step - softly yet powerfully - into the light of who we are becoming?

This weekend, let yourself feel into the sacred invitation of resurrection.

Where in your life have you dimmed your light?
What dreams or desires have you buried too soon?
What version of yourself is ready to return - not as she was, but as she is now, transformed?

Easter reminds us that death is not an ending. It is a rite of passage. The empty tomb, the stillness of the cave, the quiet descent… all of it is part of the spiral.

And then - she rises. Changed. Remembering. Radiant in her own way.

So today, I invite you to claim your own resurrection. To breathe life back into your soul’s fire. To remember that it is never too late to begin again.

She is risen.
And so are you.
