Once upon a time, a Longevity Coach named Andrew was passionate about helping men 50+ live longer and healthier lives. His passion for longevity was not just a profession, but a personal mission. Andrew firmly believed that exercise was the key to longevity and health, and he was determined to share this belief with men 50+.

At 57 years old, Andrew uses exercise to turn back the clock and stay young, and he is determined to share his knowledge with others. In this video, Andrew shares the top 25 exercises he uses for his clients.

These exercises maximize strength and combat the natural decline in muscle mass and strength that comes with aging.

Andrew demonstrates exercises such as the hex-bar squat, belt squat, landmine row, step-ups, various cable extensions, and more!

All aim to build strength, increase hypertrophy, improve mobility, and enhance overall health. He emphasizes the importance of proper form and technique, as these are crucial to minimizing the risk of injury and ensuring the exercises are effective.
