Mompreneurs, when was the last time you prioritized yourself on a consistent basis?

Mom’s who own businesses always have a lot on their plate.
And I’m right there with you!

It’s easy to let the need for rest and self-care fall to the wayside when we have so many other obligations to fulfill between meeting both family and business demands.

By continually neglecting your needs, you feel…
🤦‍♀️ exhausted from always giving your time and energy away
🤦‍♀️ disconnected, not really being fully present because your mind is distracted by what and who needs your attention next
🤦‍♀️ overwhelmed with the pressure to get the workload done and be on point all the time

For me, I also became resentful of constantly being needed because I felt like I was always on demand, never able to go at my own pace or timeframe.

I knew the only way it was going to change was if I did something to finally put myself first.

So I created this 5-Step Morning Routine to ensure that I get daily ‘ME’ time. And I’m excited to share it with you!

1. Upon waking, notice your thoughts, take a big deep breath and say to yourself… “Whatever happens today, I can handle it with ease. I love me. I’m doing great.”
*Accept it. Don’t question it. Don’t add a ‘But…’ to it.

2. While still in bed, set the intention for how you would like to show up in your day. “Today, I choose to be …" (I.E. calm, focused, proactive, confident...) *Sit with the intention for several seconds.

3. Put on a rejuvenating meditation that helps to release built up stress from the body. (See link in my bio for a free relaxation meditation)

4. Either go workout, meditate longer, pray or read something that inspires you. *Do what your body needs.

5. Once all the above are complete, look around observing your surroundings, take a big deep breath in and say “Let’s Do This!”

Choose to do steps 3-5 either before or after you’ve gotten the kids ready for the day. Fuel your body when it makes sense for you.

Have fun with it and make it your own!
By prioritizing 'ME' time, you’re setting yourself up to be more successful at home and at work.

Client Success Story: There is Freedom from Anxiety

When I first met Brandi, she seemed like she had it all together...
…a wonderful family, an active social life and had a busy practice as a healthcare coach.

I wondered why she wanted to meet with me. 🧐

As we continued talking, she shared her worries about maintaining her hectic pace, doubts about her future success, and the pressure she felt about always having to "be on point" at home and at work.

Her mind raced, tasks went unfinished, and she struggled to remember important details which caused her clients and husband frustration and that made her feel incapable.

She developed a constant pain in her shoulder and wasn't sleeping well at night.

But the turning point was when the panic attacks began, striking unexpectedly when a client issue arose that she'd always handled effortlessly before.
Sweating, breathless, heart pounding and out of control, Brandi knew something had to change.

She wanted to run away and give up.

Anxiety doesn't just reside in our mind; it affects our body too.
Repressed emotions build up in the body to manifest physically demanding acknowledgment.

After three months of working with Brandi, she was able to release the emotional build up from her body so the shoulder pain vanished, panic attacks ceased, and restful sleep returned.

She’s had a major shift in her mindset that’s allowing her to be more confident, trusting and focused finishing the tasks she starts.

She regained control of her mind and body feeling easeful even in stressful moments.

If You’re a Mom Entrepreneur and You Struggle with Anxiety, This is For You.

Just over two years ago, anxiety consumed my life.

As a wife, a mom of two active boys running a home-based therapy practice, life can get pretty hectic.
The constant battle between meeting family needs, home to-do's, and business demands took its toll.
Nights were spent restless, consumed with worry about what might have been forgotten or needed to be done.
Always on call, yet never fully present — torn between the guilt of neglecting either work or family.
Not to mention ignoring my own needs to rest and prioritize myself.

So I know how emotionally and physically taxing anxiety can be.

Does this sound familiar?

Now that I’m on the other side of it, I noticed that the clients who I serve are similar to the “old me” …

They are busy mother’s running service-based businesses experiencing anxiety and overwhelm that is keeping them in a constant state of:
🙅‍♀️Worry about how they can be successful as both a business owner and parent
🙅‍♀️Guilt when not being emotionally and physically present with work or family time
🙅‍♀️Feeling disconnected and alone with the pressure to excel in both professional and personal roles
🙅‍♀️Neglectful of their needs, pushing through exhaustion

Because I know what it’s like to be in their shoes and come out on the other side feeling calm, self-assured, trusting, and in control…

…I wake up each day being able to empower strong women to release the anxiety that’s running their family and business so they can be the confident, peaceful, and focused person they deserve.

That’s why I do the work that I do.

I have dedicated myself to helping as many mom entrepreneurs as humanly possible to release the anxiety and overwhelm so they can be in control of their lives.
