I also want to acknowledge the very kind businesses who have come on board Liam the Mo’s Business Sponsor Program so far. If you’re a business owner or know someone who would love to be a part of this program, please let me know!
Bros! Wishing everyone a very happy and safe 2024! I know this time of year can be extremely difficult for many. Make sure you find time to take care of your mind. I'm starting the day at the beach, a great way to connect with nature and to clear the mind. What's your plan to start a healthy habit? 🙂

BROS GLOBAL:
Mental health support & personal development for men across diversities
Hi everyone! Thanks for checking BROS GLOBAL’s page out! I am the founder of BROS GLOBAL, and a professional life coach, mentor and peer for blokes around the world.
I commit my life to empower blokes like you to find peace within yourself, have the knowledge and power to seek support for your mental health and find the courage and resilience to fight the stigma of su***de in your diverse communities. I am passionate about helping you fellas rediscover your confidence, build courage and resilience to overcome societal pressures and expectations of what it is to 'be a man' - across racial, cultural, socio-economic, age, sexual orientation, religious or health differences - let go of regrets, past hurts, guilt or fear, follow your dreams and live your life purpose to the fullest. In fact, BROS GLOBAL's motto is to encourage men around the world to BE THE BETTER MAN, ALWAYS.
BROS GLOBAL Website
The BROS GLOBAL website provides information on support for men with mental health challenges, my life coaching program - Unf*cked and Alive, and referrals to 25 over cities in the world for mental health support for blokes. There is also a database of useful mental health apps and podcasts for guys.
BROS GLOBAL Facebook
BROS GLOBAL page is a global online connection for mental health information and peer support between guys across geographical boundaries, and allows guys to access daily posts and links for information and support.
The BROS Facebook Closed Group is open only to men from all around the globe to interact within a safe and private space based on our struggles with mental health and depression, anxiety and loneliness, and to understand that we are not going through this on our own.
About Me
I have a specific interest in men's health and wellbeing, with 16 years of experience working with men with chronic health diseases, mental health and social displacement. In 2017, as the CEO for Men's Health and Wellbeing WA, I successfully tabled Western Australia's first Men's Health and Wellbeing Policy, because there is so much work that needs to be done for men's health issues across governments, providers, professionals and community. This Policy was launched in June 2019 by the state government.
As a life coach and mentor to blokes, I have a personal lived experience and narrative of depression and su***de, which allow me to truly understand the inherent struggles many blokes go through in life. I have been through what many Bros are going through. I have learnt valuable life lessons along the way. I believe there is a reason why we experience these tumultuous chapters in our lives, and for me, these narratives add to my greater understanding of, and confidence in how I can help other men.
I have mentored and coached guys from a wide cross-section of demographics and diversities - men from different social-economic backgrounds, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, ages, sexual identities, faiths and health conditions. These fellas just want one thing - clarity and validation in what they want to achieve in their lives, identify and overcome road blocks, figuring out how to get there, and to get there successfully, without feeling they are any lesser of a man.
I am also deeply passionate about how mental health and su***de ideation impact men and our diverse communities. The stigma attached to, and the rate of male su***de is astronomical on a global scale. The challenge is even more severe in Asian countries. I am determined to get the conversation going, and to advocate for action, beginning with fellas finding their inner courage and resilience to fight whatever battles they may be having so as to grow as a human being, first and foremost, and as a man - however they wish to define that for themselves.
