I think diet is one of hardest things for people to master. I find tons of people that love training but they want to continue to get those cultural foods that they were raised on “mama’s cooking”. I understand it taste good but is it going to help you with your physique. I know it will help with your lifting but are you sitting on too much fat because of it? It comes to a point when we have to be honest with ourselves. If you have done something one way for years and you don’t see tremendous differences in how you look it is time to change. Nothing new is going to come of it, even if you lift super heavy. You can’t out train a bad diet.
