🌀🦁 This Lions Gate Portal has been next-level, and with Mercury retrograde stirring the pot, the past has been rising from the grave like it’s got unfinished business. Add tonight’s Sturgeon Full Moon, and the energy is all about deep release, clarity, and closing cycles for good. 🌕✨

My Leo rising is roaring. I’m clearing out everything, and everyone, that doesn’t match my light. The messy, low-vibe, karmic loops are done. And it feels so liberating!!! Where in your life are you seeing this?

🌿 Soul medicine. Sacred remembrance. Spirit-led rising. 🌿

This year has been a a beautiful and healing journey so far. I’ve walked through retreats, sat with healers, shamans, and wise teachers, and gathered in circles with radiant women who felt like soul reflections. We cried. We laughed. We spoke the truths that once lived in silence.

We remembered the parts of ourselves we were never meant to forget.

I’ve journeyed both inward and outward. Connecting with nature, through circle, in ceremony, stillness, and sound. Each soul, encounter, and moment, was healing medicine.

From ancestral healing and Reiki to somatic practices, sacred breath, and plant wisdom, I’ve been deepening my own practice, gathering tools, and remembering ancient truths. Truths that live in our bodies, our energy, and in our voice.

🐝✨ It's World Bee Day! 🐝🌼
I love bees and everything they do for this planet. They're tiny, buzzing miracles of nature who carry the wisdom of community, devotion, and divine harmony.

In shamanic and Indigenous traditions, bees are messengers of the Great Spirit, reminding us of:

🌼 How to live in right relationship with nature
🌼 The balance between sweetness and hard work
🌼 The power of unity, structure, and shared purpose

Native teachings often view the bee as a bridge between worlds. They are a weaver of light and pollinator of life. To the ancients, their hum was a sacred sound. Their vibration of harmony kept the web of life intact. 🕸️

Bees carry the medicine of focused action and share messages from the spiritual to physical realms. Their presence asks:
🐝 Are you creating something sweet?
🐝 Are you in harmony with your community?
🐝 Are you listening to the natural rhythms of life?

🌺 We can show our gratitude to bees by:
Planting wildflowers. Avoiding pesticides. Sitting in stillness and listening to their hum when they come around.

🌻 Full of gratitude for the beautiful connections and heart-opening experiences at the sound healing new moon ceremony hosted by my beautiful friend .martinez in Toronto.

It was pure magic, immersed in healing vibrations, surrounded by open loving souls, friends crafting candles with intention, and sipping rich, delicious, soul-nourishing cocoa from Colombia.

❤️‍🩹 The love, openness, and beauty in every heart there was truly wonderful.

I am so grateful to have shared space with such radiant beings.
Thank you, Sinique, for creating a portal of healing, creativity, and community. I needed this, as many of the beautiful souls there did too. My soul is deeply nourished.

Yesterday was my birthday and I'm getting so grateful. Another trip around the sun, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude! 💫 I’ve spent time with the souls I love, celebrated in ways that filled me with joy, and embraced every moment of this special season. My birthday month has been magical, and the past few weeks have been filled with love gifts,, laughter, and so much celebration...and it’s not over yet! 🥂

🎉🦜 Happy 15th Hatchday to my feathered sidekick, my April Fools baby, my handsome birthday buddy...Merlin! 🎉🦜

I can’t believe he’s 15! Merlin has been with me through so much! New places, new beginnings, and all the twists and turns of life. Even when I moved across the world, I had to leave for work for months, he was always part of my heart, waiting for my return. He’s complicated (as all the best ones are), but he makes me laugh, fills my life with joy, and keeps things very interesting with his many personalities.

From his sass to his sweetness, he’s been my constant companion, my little troublemaker, and my daily dose of chaos and love. I feel so lucky to be his mama, and I can’t wait for more years of adventures, cuddles (when he allows them), and endless entertainment.

Happy Hatchday, Merlin! Here’s to more laughter, love, and your ever-changing moods. 🥳❤️🦜

Being in Salem, where the Witch Trials took place, was an unforgettable experience. You could feel the heavy energy of history full of sorrow, and echoes of injustice. May these souls rest in peace and may we never forget the lessons their stories teach us. Such a dark chapter in history that still holds valuable lessons today.

We remember the resilience of survivors, the courage of those who resisted, and the importance of telling these stories to ensure "Never Again" becomes a reality for all future generations.
