How To Love An Addict How To Love An Addict This is the story of a mother and her son. She is the mother of 4, and grandmother of 6.

The addiction of her youngest son provided some of the most painful, yet encouraging lessons she never thought she’d learn. The process of coping with the conflicting emotions created by watching her child suffer, with those leading her toward her own life path, provided the tools and the courage to share the truthful, yet sometimes painful realities of loving an addict. The road to healing can be long and difficult, but there is nothing that cannot be overcome. There is a lesson in all suffering, crisis, and conflict, if only we pay attention. By sharing this story, she risks the relationship of friends, family and acquaintances, but her hope is that by sharing the knowledge that she has gained, you might be assisted in your journey. Her hope is that you are able to find even one piece of advice within the pages of this book that may help you to be happier. Life is never perfect, and we shouldn’t expect it to be. However, when such incredible suffering is in our midst, we can still make the choice to be happy moment by moment.
