Here's a great story about an 11 year old girl who used CPR to save her grandfather's life. It just goes to show that anyone can perform CPR - there's no reason to be nervous about learning!!

conducted a Recertification class last night for some pediatric Occupational Therapists in Westminster. We even had an EMT sit in to keep hers current as well.

had a great CPR party today. A group of friends got together, enjoyed some refreshments and each other's company, and learned how to save a life. And it only took an hour and a half. How great is that???

had a great CPR and First Aid class with the Girl Scout moms today. Until today, only 2 parents in the troop were certified and if 1 of them wasn't available to go on an outing, it had to be cancelled. Now there are 6 CPR-certified parents in the troop!!
