Easy Greek Chicken Bowls🫒🇬🇷
This is a great meal prep recipe for easy work lunches or weeknight dinners!
Loaded with quinoa, chopped cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, feta, Kalamata olives and perfectly seasoned chicken! ! Try it out👇
——- •GREEK CHICKEN•——-
In a bowl combine :
¼ cup olive oil
2 lemons juiced
1 tablespoon honey ( I used )
½ tablespoon lemon zest
1 garlic clove minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour about 1/3 of mixture over 3-4 chopped chicken breasts (chop into cubes) and let marinate. (Reserve the remaining as dressing for your bowls.)
Heat a pan on medium to high heat with olive oil, and add chicken once warmed.
Grill chicken for about 6-8 min per side, or until cooked through fully.
Add your chicken to your bowls and drizzle with some remaining dressing. Enjoy!
