The dictionary meaning of bliss describes the state of extreme happiness or even ecstasy. You can also find as explanation “perfect happiness” and “serene joy”. Bliss definitely makes us feel good: we smile, we laugh, we love life and we
are positive. We feel this supreme happiness when we are around friends, when we do something we love and maybe have achieved something special in our life. The feeling of bliss is the absence of negative thoughts and stress. Bliss enriches our lives and those moments are necessary to recharge our batteries, to regain strength and to channel our energy in order to live our life. Bliss makes us aware of who we are and what we need to be happy. Bliss is possible and everyone can achieve it. We all experience bliss in different ways, but for most of us the mind and the body are somewhat crucial here. The state of mind, the state of the body and especially what we eat are basic ingredients to feel bliss. It is all up to you to take control over your life and do what makes you feel happy. It’s not always easy but that’s why we are here for you to encourage you to reach your goals. The blissblogga team is dedicated to provide you with different ways to feel bliss. We have experience in personal training, fitness and healthy cooking for more than ten years and want to share this knowledge with you. For us bliss is not only a hobby, it is our daily life.
