We are Authorised Service agents for Melag, Mocom, HatMed, Cominox, SCI can and Stern Weber and offer the highest quality service, repair and validation according to the Australian Standards for Sterilisation AS4815:2006 and/or AS4187:2014, on a call out basis or by pre arranged maintenance contracts. Our Service Engineers are the most experienced in the business with some having over 20 years service experience and are fully trained in maintenance and repair procedures for all equipment we service.

Our company is systems driven and quality focused with a wealth of specialised knowledge.
We are able to validate, service and repair your equipment to Australian Standard 4815 and/or 4187 across NSW
We combine the service and validation in one visit to be cost effective for our customers.
We have been authorised and accredited agents since 1991 and stock all major parts required.

Autoclave Validation is a mandatory requirement and is required every 12 months at an absolute minimum or if any major repairs or changes have been made to the autoclave or sterilisation process.

Autoclave validation checks to confirm that the heat, time, pressure and steam pe*******on of the autoclave are performing correctly and reaching the correct values and that bacteria is killed as a result.

Autoclave Validation is a mandatory requirement and is required every 12 months at an absolute minimum or if any major repairs or changes have been made to the autoclave or sterilisation process.

Autoclave validation checks to confirm that the heat, time, pressure and steam pe*******on of the autoclave are performing correctly and reaching the correct values and that bacteria is killed as a result.

Autoclave servicing is completed in line with the manufacturers requirements to ensure things like filters, seals, sensors, pumps, and chambers are correctly maintained to avoid breakdowns and faults from occurring. Service intervals will depend upon the type of autoclave and frequency of use, some practices may require a service annually and others 6 monthly.

5) We undertake most validations and services on site at customer locations or at our warehouse when required.
