To our valued patients, we care deeply about your health and well-being. We have been closely following updates on recommendations from the CDC as well as the American Dental Association.
In keeping with the guidelines recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA) and the New Hampshire Dental Society related to the growing concern about COVID-19, we will postpone elective procedures for the next three weeks. We will be open for dental emergency patients to help alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.
In addition to the usual Standard precautions, we are implementing some changes to ensure the safety of our patients as well as our team members.
All toys and magazines will be removed from the lounge.
All high touch surfaces in common areas will be disinfected routinely throughout the day.
Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands.
You will also be asked about any recent travels or that of any family members/co inhabitants.
If it makes you more comfortable to wait in your car, you have the option of calling us to alert us of your arrival. We can come to your car to get you when your operatory is ready.
Once you have been brought to your operatory, you will be given pre-procedural rinse to be used prior to beginning your treatment.
We ask that only well patients and necessary caregivers present for appointed procedures. As such, we will reschedule any appointments as needed due to fever, coughing, sneezing or even as a result of the school closures.
Thank you for your understanding as we try to do our part to “flatten the curve”
Be well!
