Hello Social Media World!
It feels good to be back. I have been taking a much needed pause from social media in particular and my work in general and I’m feeling really refreshed and clear on how I want to go forward in my divine service to the world and through the portal of social media.

I, like everyone else has insecurity that needs to be addressed. I believe that social media has that effect on a lot of people because we are bred to be insecure about who we are and especially about HOW WE LOOK!
In high school I remember looking up online about nose plastic surgery because I was so insecure about my nose. The unrealistic ‘’models’’ we are told we should look like through the beauty industry and big Tech are not real. We should have love for our bodies because they are miraculous and beautiful. When we review our video we are about to post, we should look and see that our outer appearance radiates from inside our souls, hearts and spirits.
💌
Body dysmorphia is a thing. And I think social media is perpetuating it. Especially with all of the filters people use to make their appearance more ‘’young and look better,’’ our brains are receiving these unreal pictures of what we should look like, and making us insecure because we don’t look like that normally.
💌
I have never used a filter and I aim to never use one. I don’t want my clients putting me on a ‘’model pedestal’’ or to feel insecure about their appearance. My wish is for everyone to fall in love with themselves and revel in their own divine glory.

After using social media a lot, I noticed I was feeling very focused on materialistic parts of life, like money, luxury etc. I saw a lot of people in the coaching industry going to spas daily, traveling the world, and wearing expensive clothes on social media. And I thought that is what will make me happy when I attain those things
