Have a goal but not sure where to start? Here are two things to remember:
⭐ If things feel overwhelming, try focusing on the immediate next step. Want to run a 5k? First, you need to find your runners. Then maybe download a Couch to 5K app. Change into some running clothes. Plan a route outside or pack your gym bag. Pick a music playlist to run to. Next, start walking or drive to the gym.
⭐ Can't seem get started? If you're lucky, you'll feel the motivation first, but often you won't. Remember:
👏Motivation 👏comes 👏from 👏Action. In truth, starting cold can be sooo tough, but honestly, sometimes it's the only way.
Try not to think about the why's, the why not's, the end goal, the journey, that's where you can get lost in the weeds. Just focus on starting. The rest will sort its self out.
