Dedicated to empowering key workers and changemakers with guided meditations & soundbaths. Join us as we cultivate resilience, inspire creativity, and elevate communities The therapeutic effects of sound and music are a natural and inherent part of our being. From a song that brings up memories of first love, to the spine tingling feeling of fingernails scratched over a blackboard, sound affects our physical and psychological state automatically. Science is now documenting that everything that exists in the physical, mental and emotional realms does so on a vibratory basis. Sound therapy is a complimentary medicine stemming from the belief that our universe is created through patterns of frequency. Sound therapy uses harmony and frequency to help us get back into our natural tune. One example of sound session is a soundbath, this is a unique and uplifting group meditation that uses ancient instruments from around the world that are known for their therapeutic benefits for the body mind and soul Soundbaths are a great activity enabling people to retreat, reflect and release niggles that impact their natural flow and creativity. The experience may help you to release stress, help you feel more energised, happier and uplifted. "We rarely hear the inside music but we are dancing to it nevertheless" Rumi
