This is Krish (of course name changed).
Hails from the village named Pandri (पण्डरी) located near the health sub-centre of the same name. The Sub-centre building itself is very old and running whatever services an old Auxiliary Nurse can provide in India. Recently, with the efforts of the government a medical officer of the local Community Health Center, in , visits it once in a while.
The local District and Child Health Officer instructs quiet reasonably that the Sub-centre be run 24×7 as a delivery point. But the resources are very limited.
Leaving those aside, this boy came to the with her mother complaining of these lesions.
Do you not feel the boy is ? His mother, herself a persisted that the boy instead was 'nomal'. Though the adamant doctor insisted to persuade her to provide him with eggs and other nutritious food to help fight infection.
What is non-reassuring is that the rural and the have assumed such appearances as normal because such is very comon in their vicinity. It seems all the and programme have to go a long way to help all the needy!
