A few weeks ago the Europe Excelsior Academy invited me to talk to 30 students from 4 different countries about my work as a nutritionist to promote a healthy and happier relationship with food. We talked about developing healthy eating habits and how what we eat influences the way we feel and our level of energy during the entire day.

Professor Maria Monalisa Plesea and her team did a fantastic job, it was a pleasure to be part of this wonderful academy for teenagers, which took place in Remerschen and Schengen. I was very pleasantly surprised by the great number of questions that the children and teens asked me.
