As we continue to recognize ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก, weโre proud to highlight the many ways our staff show up every day to support children and youth with autism across our programs. Our approach is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to meeting each young person where they are.
Across our programs, staff partner closely with families, caregivers, and communities to provide individualized, trauma-informed care that reflects the unique strengths and needs of each child. Whether supporting youth in their homes, in community-based settings, or through residential treatment, our goal remains the same: to create safe, supportive environments where young people can build skills, strengthen relationships, and thrive.
Our Residential Treatment programs, in particular, serve youth with complex behavioral health needs, including autismโoffering structured, therapeutic care that promotes stability, growth, and long-term success. Learn more about this work here: https://www.fredfinch.org/residential-treatment
This work is only possible because of our dedicated staff, whose commitment to embracing neurodiversity and celebrating differences makes a lasting impact on the lives of the youth and families we serve.
As part of this monthโs recognition, we look forward to coming together as an agency during this Thursdayโs All Staff Town Hall for discussion and breakout groups focused on Autism Acceptance Monthโan opportunity to reflect, learn from one another, and continue strengthening how we support and uplift those in our care.
Thank you for the work you do every day to turn acceptance into action.
