At Simply Nutrition, we understand that change is not always easy; therefore our dedication is to work very closely with our clients in order to ensure that change such as healthy eating plans and exercise patterns are easily and effectively integrated into their lifestyle. Our goal is to help our clients achieve optimum health using a simple nutrition plan that is realistic and results oriented.

We provide personalized medical nutrition therapy in a comfortable, supportive, and caring environment. We have nutrition counseling experience working with people with hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, eating disorders, digestive disorders, people needing to lose or gain weight in a healthy manner, stress and fatigue, women health issues (pre-pregnancy and pregnancy, breastfeeding) among others. During your initial visit we will discuss your current eating habits, current health status, your anthropometric measurements (BMI, body fat etc), medical history and goals. After our discussion, we’ll formulate a simple and realistic, healthy eating plan and exercise regime that will help you attain your goals.
