I used to believe if I stopped eating super greasy foods, the obvious ‘heart-stoppers ‘, that I was actually healthy. Well, that’s not necessarily true. While cutting out those foods are beneficial for us we can still become malnourished if we do not consume our daily recommended portions of macros, vitamins and minerals! For, smoothies have helped me tremendously in saving time and certainly the benefits of all of the contents of your choosing. 🙂
