Welcome to the special page for the group sessions. This is where the live feed of the sessions will be and where you can post questions or comments.
Some people are wondering what they should be feeling after the first session. there is no right or wrong, everything is ok. For some people you may ’feel’ nothing, but this doesn’t mean nothing is happening, it is just happening subtly at a cellular level and one of the reasons I make it a minimum of 4 sessions. The energy will only work at a level you can handle and it is working on a deep subconscious level. But in time you will start to see subtle changes happening, like you are calmer, your nervous system is not so easily triggered. You are a bit more at peace, your immune system will improve. For others they notice emotional shifts almost immediately and some people feel an energy shift. Don’t worry about what you do or don’t sense, just accept that it is working and allow it to make the changes your body needs.
