We believe in “We are what we eat”. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of our diet in order to be healthy and free of diseases caused by unhealthy foods. In addition, we believe that “We are what we hear” - it is important that we avoid or ignore negative and untrue comments that will affect our mental wellness. In this case, we’ll be less likely develop negative thoughts, or worse still, become depressed.
