When people ask me what my favorite part about Arbonne is, the first thing I say is COMMUNITY. the second thing I say is, as a company, Arbonne is TOP NOTCH!

Last week when we celebrated 1 year as a B Corporation on our 41st anniversary, we also revealed a brand new look for our Sustainability Compass (second photo).

Our Sustainability Compass represents Arbonne's strategic commitments and guides our decision making so we may consider all stakeholders throughout every aspect of our business.

At Arbonne, every role can make an impact towards our mission to empower people to flourish through sustainable healthy living.

✨JOY ✨
✨SPEAK KINDLY✨

When I was with my team, we made bracelets for “our word” for 2021. It could have been a word or phrase that we wanted to see every day, to help remind us of our WHY, or just something that was on our hearts.

I consider myself a professional optimist. It’s on my dating profile, on my resume, and something I use as a fun fact 🤣 BUT that doesn’t mean I don’t have bad days, or lean into the crap when it happens. Being sad, feeling defeated...these are normal emotions and it’s okay to have hard days! Usually these days are one that we look back and and are PROUD of.

I chose JOY and to SPEAK KINDLY because I believe that we can CHOOSE to see the joy. We have to DECIDE to speak kindly to ourselves and others.

Making these choices won’t always be easy, but I believe that when we do make them, happiness will fall into place.

These are 2 things I want to be reminded of EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I hope that you have something that you can find joy in, and if you can’t seem to do that, be kind to yourself and KEEP GOING!!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of being in a furniture ad. JUST KIDDING 🤣 As much as this photo looks like it belongs in a housing magazine, it represents something MUCH greater. This photo represents GROWTH, FREEDOM, and OPPORTUNITY.

Growth in my personal life, growth in my mental clarity, and growth in my business.

Freedom with my choices, freedom with my time, and freedom from insecurities.

Opportunity with my finances, opportunity with my relationships, and the opportunity for positive change.

So thankful for the community I have found within Arbonne, and how incredibly different my life would be without this business.

Is starting a skincare routine in your 2021 goals? It doesn't have to be daunting!

The usual order of products is cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, then any specialized creams, like neck cream.

If you're not sure where something fits into your routine, remember this: Move from lightweight formulas to heavier creams and apply water-based products before oil-based ones. You've got this!

Do you have a favorite step in your skincare routine? I LOVE using my serums and NEVER forget my moisturizer.
